Shipping policy
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options no matter where you live. Every day we deliver to hundreds of customers around the world, to provide you with the maximum responsiveness at all times.
The delivery time of orders is divided into two parts:
PROCESSING TIME:
Verification of the order, quality control and packaging. All orders are sent to the dispatch center for shipment within the next business day for a non-customized items and 1-3 business days for customized items.
SHIPPING TIME:
This is the time it takes for items to be shipped from our Morocco-based distribution center to the destination. Orders are shipped by DHL/UPS/FEDEX/ARMEX. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items take between 3 and 15 days (depending on the destination address) to arrive at their destination, but they can be longer from time to time.
